The midwest is not known for the seafood it serves.  Madison offers a number of restaurants that contradict that fact.  This year’s Mad Diner Award for Best Seafood Restaurant goes to a restaurant that has served the city very well for a number of years.  Joining that restaurant in the top three is a newcomer, known for serving it’s seafood… raw.

First Place: Blue Marlin
