2007 Madison Dueling Chef Winner
I know that many of you are searching the Internet looking for the results of the 2007 Madison Food and Wine Show Dueling chef competition. This year’s title of Madison’s Culinary Conqueror went to Chef Shinji Muramoto from Restaurant Muramoto. Chef Muramoto took on Chef Angelo Cattaneo from the Blue Marlin in a final duel which featured chicken as the secret ingredient.
This is the third consecutive title win for Chef Muramoto. Congratulations to him, to Chef Cattaneo for making the finals, and to all the chefs that took part. It was truly a spectacular event!
